4. Black Belt 2nd Degree

– Entire Body Resilience (7 to 9)
– The Hundred Sparring Techniques (2)
– Tai Ji Sword pattern (1)
– The Nine Ball Bearing Inner Strength Technique (1)
– Specific Individual Exercise (2)

5. Black Belt 3rd Degree

– Entire Body Resilience (10 to 13, complete)
– The Hundred Sparring Techniques (3)
– Tai Ji Sword pattern (2)
– The Nine Ball Bearing Inner Strength Technique (2)
– Specific Individual Exercise

6. Black Belt 4th to 9th Degrees

– Tai Ji Xuan-Xuan Broad Sword
– Tai Ji Staff
– The 108 Tai Ji Movement Pattern
– The Hundred Sparring Techniques (higher standards)
– There are advanced methods involving inner strengths, transforming into Qi, etc

After learning the basic course, one is able to attain a healthy body, by strengthening the body system. Those who intend to go for the advanced course need to undergo grading and obtain approval from Grandmaster. There is generally no fixed period of time for each grade in the more advanced course. It depends to a great extent on the achievement of results for that particular standard.
